Abstract


This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style perception, organizational culture, and employee compensation on improving the quality of performance of Warkop Agam Medan employees. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verifiable methods. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of Warkop Agam Medan as respondents, which were measured using the Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that part of the perception of leadership style, organizational culture, and employee compensation has a positive and significant influence on the quality of employee performance. Simultaneously, these three independent variables have also been shown to have a significant influence on improving the quality of employee performance. These findings confirm that effective leadership, a strong organizational culture, and a fair and competitive compensation system are important factors in improving employee performance in the service sector, particularly the culinary industry. This research is expected to be noticed by management in human resource management to improve service quality and business competitiveness
