FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI PT JAVA WOOD INDUSTRI

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of turnover intention, work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of PT Java Wood Industri production employees. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study is the production of PT Java Wood Industri, the study uses probability sampling techniques using the simple random sampling method, and uses slovin 325 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed with the IBM SPSS Statistical Version 25 analysis tool using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that there is no influence between turnover intention on partial work productivity, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on partial work productivity, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on partial work productivity. There is a simultaneous influence on the variables of turnover intention, work discipline and work environment on work productivity.
